This request would allow for limited retail and service uses in addition to residential uses and increase the allowable height from 3 to 4 stories.

  • The existing zoning is Residential-6 (R-6). Raleigh’s UDO Chapter 2 includes more information about all residential zoning districts. 

  • Proposed Zoning: RX-4-CU 

  • The proposed zoning is Residential 4. Raleigh’s UDO Chapter 2 includes more information about all residential zoning districts. 

  • The proposed conditions prohibit the following uses: cemeteries, parking facilities, and outdoor sports or entertainment facilities.
