The existing zoning districts are Office Mixed Use-3 Stories-Detached Frontage with the North Boylan Neighborhood Conservation Overlay District (OX-3-DE w/ NCOD), and Office Mixed Use- up to 7 Stories- with Urban Limited Frontage (OX-7-UL). The following Principal Uses as listed in UDO Section 6.1.4. that are permitted, limited or special uses in the OX- district shall be prohibited: (i) Detention center, jail, prison.
