Capital North Corridor Plan (CP-2-21)
Capital North Corridor Plan (CP-2-21)
The Capital Boulevard North Corridor Study is complete! The result of the study is a plan report called “The Capital North Corridor Plan: A Future of Choice” and a set of Comprehensive Plan amendments with case number CP-2-21. In the report, you will find proposals for public investment and future development on Capital Boulevard between I-440 and I-540. The recommendations are based on the data, analysis, and community input that was collected during the two years of the study. There is an interactive website to show the proposals from the report. These proposals are also summarized in a short handout available in English and Spanish. Comprehensive Plan amendments associated with the plan are listed on the Comprehensive Plan Amendments web page under CP-2-21. Please share your thoughts about the plan in preparation for the Planning Commission and the City Council review. After this public review process, the plan will become official policy of the City of Raleigh so that it can guide public investments and future development.
