- Proposed conditions:
- Parking shall be prohibited between Bland Road and any building located wihtin 20 feet of Bland Road.
- Any building located within 20 feet of Bland Road shall have a building entrance facing Bland Road.
- At least 50% of the Bland Road frontage shall be occupied by one or more buildings, the facades of which shall be located between 0 and 20 feet from Bland Road.
- No more than two bays of parking shall be permitted between Wake Forest Road and any buidling located within 100 feet of Wake Forest Road.
- Any building located within 100 feet of Wake Forest Road shall have a building entrance facing Wake Forest Road.
- At least 50% of the Wake Forest Road frontage shall be occupied by one or more buildings, the facades of which shall be located between 0 and 100 feet from Wake Forest Road.
- No structure shall exceed 3 stories in height within 150 feet of the boundary of any adjoining property listed in Attachment A (1120, 1104, 1200, 1128, 1124, 1112, 1108, 1100, 1116 Hardimont Road; 1112, 1113, 1109, 1105, 1108, 1101 Winona Rd; 4008, 4004, 4012, 4000 Colby Rd).
