TOD Mapping - Western BRT (Z-18-22)
TOD Mapping - Western BRT (Z-18-22)
The request would apply the Transit Overlay District (TOD) to parcels along the Western Boulevard Bus Rapid Transit route. The proposal would add the overlay district to the zoning map to various parcels on both sides of Western Boulevard between S Dawson Street and I-40 but would not change underlying zoning. The Transit Overlay District encourages active, walkable, transit-oriented development near the future Bus Rapid Transit routes. Use the TOD Proposal Viewer to search for a property address and see the proposed district boundary.
