It is not intended to capture experiences related to general service requests, customer service inquiries, or complaint resolution, which are managed through other City processes.
The goal is to better understand how residents experience receiving updates and outcomes after providing input, and to identify opportunities to improve transparency, communication, and follow-up in the City’s engagement processes.
