This request is a general use rezoning request for approximately 3 acres at 2905 Hodge Road, near Scenic Woods Drive. The proposal would rezone the property from Wake County Residential-30 (R-30) to Raleigh Residential-10 (R-10) to permit residential development. The applicant states that this change would better integrate the site with the surrounding development along Hodge Road. This request is associated with AX-18-26. Annexation materials indicate plans for 25 townhouse units and a request to connect to City water and sewer.
