This request would allow for the development of commercial and residential uses in an area currently designated soley for industrial use. Specifically for the propsed development of an recreation facility. Conditions included in the application will limit retail and resturant uses to 10,000 sq. ft. and not allow for more than 42 courts to be permitted. The proposed IX-5 zoning would also allow for heights up to five stories, current zoning allows heights up to three stories.
