Tarboro Street Corridor Improvement Project Survey
Tarboro Street Corridor Improvement Project Survey
The Tarboro Street Corridor Project is an investment in infrastructure that will provide a safe and reliable connection along North Tarboro Street for pedestrians, cyclists, and vehicles. Extending from Oakwood Avenue to New Bern Avenue, this project will connect the community to the proposed BRT station at the intersection of Edenton Street and Tarboro Street.
In March 2023, Staff surveyed the community to learn what corridor enhancements they would like to see on North Tarboro Street. Using the top-rated improvements from the survey, Staff have developed design concepts for the corridor. Further public input is needed to determine which streetscape improvements and placemaking elements should make its way into the final design.
We value your input. Share which improvements you would like to see for North Tarboro Street!
Survey closes Friday, April 4.
