This request would allow a text amendment to the zoning conditions. Specifically, the applicant is seeking to remove Condition #2 from the Z-20-16 approval, which currently limits development to a maximum of 2 stories and 35 feet in height. The proposed change would instead permit development up to 3 stories and 45 feet, consistent with the height standards already allowed under the R-10 zoning district.
