This request proposes four different zoning districts across nine properties, or portions of property, at North Hills west of Six Forks Road. The request would allow for increased building height ranging from 12 stories to 37 stories. Proposed conditions establish those four zoning districts and describe the properties subject to the rezoning; limit maximum height to 37 stories; prohibit certain uses; and limit the maximum number of dwelling units, office and medical square footage, and commercial square footage.
