This request would increase permitted building height to 20-stories allowing for dense, mixed-use development. The request also removes the Special Highway Overlay District and the Special Residenial Parking Overlay District. Together, these districts (requested for removal) manage landscape areas along the I-440 corridor and regulate front-yard parking for detached house and tiny house developments.
