This request would allow for a greater variety of residential uses at a higher density than currently allowed. The applicant is proposing the following conditions to this request: 1) restricting the number of residential units to a maximum of 240; 2) a public access easement to the Richland Creek Greenway; and 3) a buffering requirement along a neighboring property.
Existing Zoning: Wake County Highway District and Residential-30 (HD & R-30).
