This request would amend existing zoning conditions. The request prohibits certain uses otherwise allowed in CX, limits residential units to the apartment building type and density to 450 units on the site, limits non-residential uses to 360,000 square ft wiht certain limits on each property, limits the number of buildings fronting 2231 N Hope Rd, limits building height to 4 stories within 150' of certain property lines, includes additional landscape requirements, and proivdes access for a pedestrian connection to north of the property.
