This request would allow for residential uses to be included in the permitted uses of the property. The request has a condition to limit certain uses otherwise allowed in CX (adult establishment, outdoor sports or entertainment facility of any size, passenger terminal, vehicular sales, detention center, jail, prison, light manufacturing, bed and breakfast, research and development, light industrial, day care, golf course, and cemetery). Other conditions involve restricting the allowed areas for office and commercial development, connectivity to the Walnut Creek Greenway Corridor and establishment of a 10-foot multi-use path.
