Raleigh Parks Joint Community Advisory Group Is Active!
Due to the physical proximity and shared interests of three Raleigh Parks Bond projects - John Chavis Memorial Park - Phase 2, South Park Heritage Walk, and John P. "Top" Greene Community Center - one joint CAG will be created to represent community interests.
Current Project Status
Funded by the 2022 Parks Bond, John P. "Top" Greene will feature center renovations and expansion with the associated site and stormwater enhancements. South Park Heritage Walk will feature a 2.6 mile loop through parts of the downtown Raleigh, city greenway and park system, and residential portion of the South Park Neighborhood, featuring interpretive displays and Heritage Plaza improvements.
