Raleigh Community Housing Priorities

The Comprehensive Plan is a long-range policy document that outlines a vision for how Raleigh will look and feel in the future, and how the city should grow to achieve that vision. Raleigh’s adopted comprehensive plan provides guidance through the year 2030, and with 2030 fast approaching, we are beginning the process of developing a new plan for future decades.

We are spending the first year of the planning process hearing from you about what you think is important to consider as we plan for the future. The questions in this survey are specific to housing in Raleigh. Feedback you provide on this survey and during the event will help shape the vision and goals in Raleigh’s Next Comprehensive Plan.
