The request would rezone approximately 7.02 acres from Office Mixed Use-3 stories-Parking Limited frontage-Conditional Use and Office Mixed Use-3 stories-Parking Limited frontage (OX-3-PL-CU & OX-3-PL) to Neighborhood Mixed Use-7 stories-Conditional Use (NX-7-CU). It would allow for development at greater heights than currently permitted on the property. Compared to current zoning, the request would continue to permit a wide variety of uses, including retail, and continue to allow building types such as apartments and townhouses to be developed. Proposed conditions would prohibit certain uses.
