Thank you for participating in this survey. This survey is intended for individuals who are currently experiencing homelessness or who have experienced homelessness within the past two years and have cared for a pet during that time.
The purpose of this survey is to better understand how pets may impact housing opportunities and to identify resources, policies, and supports that could improve access to housing for individuals and families with pets.
All responses are confidential and will be reported in aggregate form only. No personally identifiable information will be included in any reports.
