West Raleigh Municipal Service District
In partnership with The Blue Ridge Corridor Alliance (BRCA) and its collaborators, the City of Raleigh has been dedicated to fostering sustainable economic development in West Raleigh since 2008. While BRCA has championed the Blue Ridge District Plan as a volunteer organization, the alliance now believes that the dynamic needs of West Raleigh call for establishing a reliable Municipal Service District (MSD) and its sustained funding.
While the City of Raleigh is not a representative of the proposal, this survey aims to measure community support for an MSD establishment in the greater Blue Ridge corridor. An MSD is a well-managed approach to funding and implementing district-wide projects and services.
