This is a conditional rezoning request to rezone approximately 15.34 acres 900 feet south from the intersection of Weaver Drive and Duraleigh Road. If approved request would rezone the site from Residential-4 (R-4) to Residential Mixed Use-5 Stories-Conditional Use (RX-5-CU). The provided conditions would limit uses to residential and accessory uses exclusively. Apartments would be the only building type permitted, but those buildings would not be permitted within 100ft of the northern property line.
