Partnering With the Community on Safety and Healing - CS4 Survey

Survey Purpose: Raleigh residents experience City services, safety, and interactions with City staff in ways that shape trust across the community. These experiences include whether staff listen to concerns, how respectfully people are treated, and which safety issues matter most in daily life.

The purpose of this survey is to collect feedback on experiences with City services, perceptions of safety and respect in those interactions, and factors that influence trust between residents and the City. Your responses will inform efforts to strengthen communication, improve service delivery, and ensure residents are meaningfully included in decision-making processes that affect their communities.
